Best Buy bundles free Pixel Buds 2A with Googlebook preorders

Best Buy is sweetening the launch of Google’s new Android-powered laptops by including a free pair of Pixel Buds 2A with qualifying Googlebook preorders. The earbuds (hazel) are automatically added to your cart when you preorder at the retailer, and the promotion runs through October 25, 2026.

The earliest units are slated to begin shipping as soon as October 5, 2026, according to Best Buy’s listings. Multiple manufacturers are participating in the Googlebook rollout, giving shoppers a range of designs and specs to choose from.

Which models qualify and pricing

Best Buy’s Googlebook selection includes models from familiar PC makers. Among the available options are systems from Acer, Lenovo, Asus, HP, and Dell. The most affordable entry listed is the Acer Googlebook 14, which starts at $899 and is specified with an Intel Core 5 Ultra processor, 16GB of LPDDR5X memory, and 512GB of storage.

If you’re weighing the new machines against Windows alternatives, reviewers at The Verge have published hands-on impressions that explore how Googlebooks compare on features and performance.

To claim the free Pixel Buds 2A, add a qualifying Googlebook to your Best Buy cart before the October 25 deadline; the earbuds should appear automatically as part of the preorder offer.
